On May 22, Assistant Minister of Commerce Chen Chunjiang met with Rio Tinto Chief Commercial Officer Alf Barrios. Chen Chunjiang shared information on China’s opening up policy and investment and development environment and indicated that with China committed to high-level opening up, the Chinese path to modernization will bring new development opportunities for companies across the world.
